To make planning seamless, I use a collaborative online tool where we can track every detail together, ensuring nothing gets overlooked.
Example—during toasts, I don’t just hand someone a mic and hope for the best. Before I introduce them, they already have a microphone in hand, know exactly where to stand (marked for perfect lighting and video), and are queued for a seamless moment.

Before the event, the video team and I know what refresh rate for lighting and work with the photographers to design and position key moments like toasts for the best visuals.
